香港電子教科書協會(前稱香港電子教科書聯盟)由參加香港政府教育局「電子教科書市塲開拓計劃」(EMADS) 獲批成員創立，會員包括電子教科書開發機構、專業人士、及教育機構等。協會目的是要推動香港電子教科書發展，及就電子教科書開發提出建議。
